Overview

This series of products is a thermosetting powder coating with excellent weather resistance designed specifically for outdoor building materials, using saturated carboxylic polyurethane resin and T-GIC curing agent or HAA as the main raw materials. It has a weather resistance of 10 to 15 years

Application conditions

Pre treatment: phosphating treatment, chrome treatment

Coating: Polyester Powder Coating is suitable for the following equipment coating: corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying

Curing conditions: 200 ℃ * 10min/180 ℃ * 15min (adjusted according to customer needs)

Packaging: Carton packaging, net weight 20kg/box. Lined with polyethylene plastic bags

Safety and Health:

All raw materials of powder coating do not contain toxic substances and will not release toxic gases when baking, but powder inhalation should be avoided during use. Operators should wear dust mask and try to reduce long-term contact between skin and powder. The powder attached to the skin can be cleaned with soap.
