How to operate the thermosetting powder of electrostatic spraying?

1. Adjust the appropriate static voltage, which is generally 50KV-60KV. The voltage for large amount of powder long-distance spraying can be 60KV-80KV (not excessive). When the re spraying and static shielding are serious, the low voltage should be used, which is generally 30KV-50KV.

2. Spraying distance

It shall be 100-300mm under normal conditions. In the actual production process, the spraying distance shall be adjusted at any time according to the shape and process of the sprayed workpiece.

3. Powder spraying amount

The powder spraying amount is generally determined according to the process requirements and shape of the sprayed workpiece. Special attention shall be paid to the proper amount of powder in the spray box, and it shall not be too large, otherwise there will be accumulation below.

4. Spray corner and groove

A. When spraying, spray corners and grooves first, and then spray other parts.

B. When spraying angles and grooves, the powder spraying range shall be properly adjusted or the gun spacing shall be reduced, and the gun angle and swing gun shall be changed.

C. The voltage can be adjusted appropriately.

5. Metal powder spraying

A. The spraying state shall be selected as constant current state. (The voltage shall be adjusted when the constant current state is selected).

B. Make sure the powder bucket is insulated from the ground.

C. Clean up the powder deposited on the outside of the spray gun and powder pipe and on the working arm in time.

D. Regularly replace the powder conveying pipe.
