General processing conditions

Pre-treatment:

Steel materials:oil disposing and rust removing,phosphorization treatment.

Aluminum materials:derosination and chromating treatment.

Test the pre-treatment in every two hours ,testing methods should in comply with the drug supplier or according to user manual of our pre-treatment.

Electrostatic spray:

1. spray distance:150-300mm

2. spray pressure:0.2-0.5 Mpa

3. Voltage:50-80KV

Curing conditions: 190°C*15min(Material temperature)

Powder performance

Specific gravity: 1.1-1.3g/cm3

Volatile matter: ＜ 0.5%~2%, depending on different products

Flow rate: has good vulcanization and conveying performance, with a flow rate greater than 130

According to the gloss ,our product can be divided into High Gloss Powder Coating,Flat Gloss Powder Coating ,Semi-Gloss Powder Coating,Matte Powder Coating.
